A Mommy's eyes

Kayla, while driving in the car one day says, "Mommy do you have eyes all over your head like Mrs. Helseth (her kindergarten teacher)?"

"Why do you ask that?" I ask.

"Because Mrs. Helseth says she can see everything because she has eyes all over her head." (I'm guessing she said she has eyes in the back of her head).

"Yep, all Mommy's do," I say back smiling.

A few weeks later (today) I hear her in the back of the car telling Shawn, "Mommies have eyes all over their heads, so they can see everything. When I grow up I'm going to have eyes all over my head and I'll be able to see what's in front and in back... (and on and on)"

Shawn keeps interjecting with, "yeah, and Daddies can too..." I'm thinking he wants something to look forward to when he groes up too! =)
